leftover tofu/zuch/mushrooms
salad with tomatos, onions, carrots, kiddney beans and greek yogurt

Supper:
chicken
wild rice, carrots, onions mushrooms

snacks:
2 tbs natural peanut butter on celery
2 laughing cow cheese, 35 calories each
on 6 natural ry crisp crackers

62 minutes of DVD before supper

1 slice whole wheat toast with half avacado, no salt

Lunch:
baked zuch and mushrooms with olive oil
fried tofu with cooking wine, brag's amino acids and olive oil

Supper:
mixed green salad
toppings:
kidney beans
ground turkey
onion
half avacado
small tomato
greek yogurt

Snack:
plain celery

Exercise: 62 minutes, full walk off 10 pounds DVD
